What is a Show & Go Ride?

It is a trail ride for current NBLA members to learn the "ins and outs" of trails in Newtown and selected neighboring areas. It is always a fun day geared towards re-aquainting with old riding pals or meeting new ones. Ride out time is 10:00am; we usually have a picnic lunch afterwards. If you are thinking of joining us you must RSVP so we know who to expect and how much lunch we should prepare. We have so many beautiful trails right here in our own backyards. Come out and join us:

July

11th A two Part Show and Go Ride -10:00am and 1:30 pm ride out times. Picnic Lunch at 12:00. This will take place at the Upper Paugussett State Forest in Northern Newtown

26th NBLA Member's Fun Day, Head over to the Bethel Extension Center for games on horseback and a BBQ following the day's activities. Come out and join the fun.

21st Turkey Trot & Food Collection at Fairfield Hills. Come join us for a fall trail ride while doing something nice for those less fortunate. All food collected will be donated to the Newtown Food Pantry.
